Last orders for provisioning will be 1pm on Friday 24December, opening hours between Wednesday 28 December and Friday will only be for updates on existing orders, repair and escalation, business will recommence in full from Tuesday 3 January 2012.

Logging of line faults will be covered throughout the holiday period via our out of hours teamon 0845 330 3150, fault repair will only be covered should you have required line care level.

Horizon Release 2 - new features and additional CPE support

New features

  • Administrator Dashboard Statistics
    Provides listings and charts of individual phone usage specifically viewed from an administrator's perspective.
  • Administrator Advanced Statistics
    Allows administrators to search, view and download selected call data.
  • N-Way Calling
    Similar to the existing ‘Three-Way Calling’, this new feature extends from 3 to 15 the number of people that can be conferenced in at any one time. Available to Premium package users.

New CPE support

  • ATA Support - CISCO SPA 2102 ATA
    The CISCO SPA 2102 ATA device allows a single analogue phone or conventional DECT phone to be connected to Horizon. The phone becomes an extension on the system and has a number of features available via the DTMF keys on the phone. The ATA is available for use across all of our CPE vendor types (Cisco, Polycom, Yealink).
  • Conference phone - Polycom Soundpoint IP5000
    A conference phone that delivers remarkably clear calls for conference rooms and executive offices.
